WHO WE ARE
Ralph Yaniz, LCPC (him/he)
has 25 years of experience in working with adolescents and adults. Ralph works with individuals, couples, and families. Ralph helps his clients address a variety of concerns and specializes in men's issues, anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, life adjustment issues (life coaching), and cultural issues overlapping mental health. Ralph believes in working with clients to create a safe environment and uses a strength-based approach to mental health treatment. Ralph will work with you to come up with effective recommendations and goals that make sense for you. Ralph offers morning, afternoon, and evening appointments and assists clients who struggle to find support based on financial barriers. Ralph provides therapy in English and Spanish and is in-network with BCBS-PPO, UHC, Aetna and Cigna.
Virginia Perez, LCSW (she/her)
is a licensed clinical social worker and certified Cognitive Behavioral specialist. Virginia also provides Psychodynamic-based interventions. Virginia has worked extensively with adults with anxiety, depression, adjustment and transition concerns, women's issues, relationship/family concerns, body/self-image, trauma and career/work-related issues. Virginia's experience and compassion mean that her clients receive highly informative and collaborative support services. Virginia sees clients in Illinois, Massachusetts and Texas. Virginia is currently in-network with BCBS, United Health and Aetna.
Sam Clubb, LCSW (she/he/they)
has a masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. Sam has been working in the social work field for 8 years. They strongly believe in building rapport and trust within the therapeutic relationship, walking alongside their clients on their personal growth, and being an honest sounding board. They specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ teens (ages 13+) and adults, trauma processing, depression, anxiety, grief, DID, PTSD, and relationship and family issues. Sam is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and works with a strength-based focus. Sam is a relational therapist, meaning they will pull from different theories to fit their client's specific needs and situations. These theories include, but are not limited to, DBT, CBT, Feminist Empowerment, Narrative, Humanistic, and Systemic. Sam works with clients in Illinois and Texas. Sam is currently in-network with UHC, Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna and provides reduced-rate services for those without insurance.
Jamie LaFevers, LCPC (she/her)
is a licensed clinical professional counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Jamie has over a decade of experience working with clients with autism, anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, disordered eating, trauma, grief and loss, and career and work-related concerns. Jamie's passion is to help clients identify and actualize their self-worth and best hopes for the future. Jamie utilizes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral) and SFT (Solution Focused) psychotherapy services. Jamie sees clients in Illinois and Massachusetts and is in-network with BCBS, UHC, Cigna, and Aetna. Jamie is licensed in Illinois and Massachusetts.
